Terms & Conditions

A non-returnable deposit of £50 is payable on booking to reserve the vehicle for the specified date. The full balance must be received at least 21 days prior to that date or the booking will become void.

The client understands that the total length of trip on which the cost is calculated by the AA route-finder website, is calculated from the base garage at 41 Buckingham Road, Chippenham, SN15 3TE and back again.

Prices quoted are valid for 3 months and fixed on booking.

No child under the age of three years must ride in the rear of the Rolls Royce as there are no seat belts to restrain a legally required child seat.

The proprietors of Kington Carriage will always endeavour to provide well maintained and serviced vehicles but cannot be held responsible for any unforeseeable breakdown or accident. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, a full refund will be made without delay.

By making a booking, the client accepts that Kington Carriage will not be held liable for any consequential loss incurred as a result of any vehicle breakdown or failure to arrive as a result of extreme weather conditions or other acts of God or as a result of an accident.

Please remember that pre-war cars are not as powerful as modern cars and you should consider this carefully when planning your journeys and making your choice.

No personal information provided by the client will be used for any other purpose other than to book the wedding vehicles.
